Once you register with iNetworks and make your submission, you are not anonymous to us.

4. IP ADDRESSES
We use IP Addresses to analyze trends, track your movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. When your web browser requests a web page or email from another computer on the Internet, it automatically gives that computer the address where it should send the information. This is called your Internet Protocol Address ("IP Address"). iNetworks receives IP Addresses from all Users because this information is automatically reported by your browser each time you view a web page. Your IP Address is also stored in our User registration databases when you register with iNetworks. IP Addresses may be used for various purposes, including to: (1) Diagnose service or technology problems reported by our Users or engineers that are associated with the IP Addresses; (2) Estimate the number of Users visiting the iNetworks Site; or (3) Assist companies or persons who provide information in our Services to track visits to their pages.

iNetworks provides links to external sites as a convenience to you. The inclusion of any link(s) does not imply iNetworks’ endorsement of the external site company, its web site, or the products and services it promotes and sells. iNetworks is not responsible for, nor do we have any control over, the privacy practices or the content of such web sites.
6. COOKIES
If a User is browsing the Site, we use a technology called "cookies" to help us measure the number of visits, average time spent, page views and other statistics relating to our Site. If a User decides to register with the Site, we may use "cookies" to recognize the User on subsequent visits and make the User’s online visit more convenient. iNetworks is located in the United States. iNetworks, and its supporting systems employ generally accepted information security techniques to appropriately protect confidential information from unauthorized access. If you register on the Site, access to portions of the Site where personal or financial information about you may be stored is password protected and may not be accessed by unauthorized parties without the use of these passwords. We use encryption tools to help protect Users' personal and financial information, although we cannot guarantee that it will not be intercepted or viewed by other people. 8. EDIT AND DELETE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
iNetworks gives you the ability to edit your iNetworks personal information at any time. If you are unable to do this on the Site, you may by email your request to info@iNetworksLLC.com. You may also request deletion of your iNetworks account by sending an email to info@iNetworksLLC.com. Please note that some of your personal information may remain in our archived records after your account has been deleted.
9. RETENTION OF INFORMATION
iNetworks retains your personal information, as necessary, for business purposes and as required by government regulation. We dispose of records and delete information when our retention period(s) expire.

You acknowledge and agree that iNetworks may establish general practices and limits concerning the use of the Services, including without limitation, the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Services in any given period of time. 7. BUSINESS PLAN EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OR BUSINESS IDEA
iNetworks may accept or reject the submission of your business plan executive summary or business idea. You agree that you will not submit any information that you believe to be confidential or proprietary as part of or together with your executive summary or business idea submission. With respect to such submissions, we are not in a position to agree to any confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement; however, we will consider doing so in connection with the submission of a full business plan if requested by us. We receive many plans, plan summaries and ideas. Therefore, you understand and agree that your idea may have already been submitted to us or be under consideration by us. We are not limited or restricted in any way from pursuing opportunities with other parties that are similar to your idea or plan.
8. SYSTEM INTEGRITY
You may not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or iNetworks' Services. You may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the iNetworks infrastructure.
9. DISCLOSURE OF CONTENT/MONITORING
iNetworks reserves the right to monitor, retain, and disclose your Information if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal requirements, respond to claims that any of your Information violates the rights of third parties, or protect the rights, property or personal safety of iNetworks, its Users or the public.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

23. COMPLETE AGREEMENT
Except as expressly provided in a particular "legal notice" on the Site, these Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and iNetworks with respect to use of the Services. The section titles in these Terms of Use are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. Your use of the Service is also subject to the iNetworks Privacy Policy as included in the Site, which Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use, and, if applicable, the iNetworks Submission Agreement, also found on the Site and incorporated by reference. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the other provisions shall still remain in effect.
