The iNetworks Community Development Capital Company, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Company”), is a community development venture capital fund (a “CDVC”) designed to provide financial institutions in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia with an investment that is eligible for Community Reinvestment Act credit (complying with the Act both technically and in spirit) while nonetheless achieving a substantial rate of return not normally associated with investments that include a social or community development purpose. Other institutions interested in innovative community development initiatives with a strong profit plan may also invest in the Company.
