The iNetworks BioOpportunity Fund, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Fund”), is currently in the fund raising stage and targeting a Fund size of $100 million (up to a maximum of $150 million). The Fund is a venture capital fund primarily seeking investments in the healthcare, biomedical and life sciences fields. The Fund targets a top quartile internal rate of return, which corresponds to the historical results of life science/healthcare investments completed by the founders of iNetworks Advisors, Inc.
