Timothy J. Rawa brings years of combined financial and systems experience to iNetworks. Mr. Rawa has served as Vice President and Controller for several departments of Mellon Bank including the Information Systems Department.

He was Vice President of Finance for FiData Corporation where, as a member of senior management and the human resources committee for the corporation’s Pittsburgh companies, he was responsible for accounting, finance, purchasing, facilities management, and human resources policies.

Mr. Rawa also served as the Information Systems Manager for Parkvale Bank and has been a professional consultant, specializing in financial, IT systems, and human resources projects including financial system conversion issues.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rawa has been involved in major conversion projects encompassing the evaluation, acquisition, development and installation of computer hardware and software. Mr. Rawa has extensive experience in strategic planning and in business process reengineering; and has assumed team responsibilities in several business acquisitions and divestitures.

Mr. Rawa holds two BS degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business.
